During your exclusive agreement, Interstate Realty will offer you straight 50% reduction in its commission, when you and only you find a buyer for your home.  This discount applies only when you contact a buyer, who had no prior information about your property being on sale.

 

This discount will not be applicable when a buyer finds out about your property directly or indirectly as a result of our efforts.  This includes but shall not be limited to buyers resulting from the word of mouth by those who have already seen the house, any sale and/or open house signs, newspaper ads, flyers, cable advertising, MLS, or any contact whatsoever resulting from our ad, agent, or promotion.
